Sprig's mission is to make eating healthy meals simple by offering customers the ability to choose from three ready-to-eat organic meals delivered to their door in 15 minutes for $10 using a mobile app. The meals are conceived and created by Sprig's Executive Chef Nate Keller using local and seasonal ingredients sourced from various organic farms. Since launching in 2013, Sprig has served over 500,000 meals and its average customer now orders once a week, with some customers having ordered over 50 meals individually from Sprig.
