Techniques: The countering technique
• Every time a negative thought comes to your mind, you counter
it with the extreme positive counter-thought.
The Visualization
technique
• One of the most powerful techniques is visualizing your life when your desire
is already fulfilled. Set aside several minutes a day to close your eyes and
imagine your life after you have achieved your goal. Make it as vivid as
possible:
• What are you wearing?
• How do you act?
• How are you feeling?
• What are you saying?
• What are you doing?
The delete button technique
• When a negative thought enters your mind, you press the delete button in
your mind and image how the thought, written on a piece of paper, is
destroyed. Or you can picture in your mind that you are smashing the
negative thought with your fist.
Burning
desire
• When your goal becomes the consuming obsession of
your life and you have the burning desire to see it come
true, then you will be successful.
• When you have set your subconscious mind on the task
backed up by that strong emotion, then it would allow you
to see the opportunities in life that would lead you to your
goal.
