4. On Field Graduated Football Specific Exercises For Injured Players
5. Football Specific Fitness Tests Before Resuming Training
6. Injured Players Need To Wear Different Colored Bibs

2. Treatment plan.
3. Medications.
4. Expected date to resume football specific training.
5. Expected return to training with team.
NUTRITION & HYDRATION
FINGER SWIPE TEST ?
1. Monitor the quality & intake of meals
2. Pre match and post match menu
3. Recovery meal
4. Weighing scale measurement before and after training
5. A player should at all times have a sipper, which is clean and filled.
PRE & POST MATCH PREPARATION
1. THE COACH & MANAGER ARE THE HEAD OF THIS FAMILY.
2. Cardiac Defibrillator, Medical kit, Treatment Plinth.
3. Ice Bath Preparations
3. Travel time, recovery meals on bus ?
RECOVERY SESSION
Immediate 15 min pool session after every training session.
This is not a swimming session. It is ( Active Recovery )
NO SWIMMING !!
2. Shower – Dry Clothes ( infections ) – dining room and monitored intake
3. Massage Schedule – Ensure each player is massaged once a week
