Our team
Ignacio is Partner of BDO Abogados and Director of the Legal Division in Spain. He has a wide
range of experience in Commercial and Compliance Law and is a specialist in M&A. Ignacio is
member of the BDO European China Desk, BDO International Legal Services from Spain and
the Spanish Capital Risk Association.He is also the BDO head of the Sports Division, Bachelor of
Laws degree from Barcelona’s Universidad Autónoma, Master’s Degree in Law (ISDE) and Master’s
Degree in International Business Law (ESADE).
Adolfo is Partner of BDO Abogados and Director of Corporate Law Department. He holds a
Bachelor of Laws degree from Barcelona’s Universidad Autónoma and a Masters in Law from the
Superior Institute of Law and Economics (ISDE) with specialization in Corporate Law.
Adolfo has headed up the Corporate Law Department since 2006, advising large and medium
sized companies from sectors such as food, retail, family businesses and capital risk, in areas of
commercial law such as national and international undertaking, Company Law, Mergers and
Acquisitions and acting as non-voting secretary of the Boards of Directors of some of our clients.
Álvaro is director at BDO Abogados´ Legal Area. He is an expert in Mercantile Law, with a wide
experience in Corporate Law, M&A deals and Banking Law. He is an associate International Private
Law professor at Universidad de Castilla La-Mancha University. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree
from Madrid´s ICADE University and also holds a Master inTax Law and specialist degree in Business
and Banking Law by ICAM. He is Member of Madrid´s Bar Association.
