 ISLAM (we are stewards of creation who hold life as sacred)
 JUDAISM (the teaching of co-creating with the creator)
 BUDDISM (each is seen as being a part of the divine)
 Etc….

PRINCIPLES are NOTHING NEW! They are an old belief system also
found in most of the world religions. But if followed will give you the
framework for success in your business.
5: Help The Marginalised
• Listen to the new recruit - they often see what you
can’t see.
• Allow leadership to develop and grow.
• Get to know all your employees and their families.
• Do not sit in isolation in ivory towers.
• Reward early warnings even when they hurt.

6: Draw on Diversity
• We don’t have to be in conflict … because we
are just not the same.
• Enjoy diversity and promote it.
• Respect diversity of culture and different life
perspectives
• Build on the common areas that we all have.

7: Focus on Creativity
• People are bursting with creativity but walk
through life like robots.
• Look at each “difficulty” as an opportunity for
creativity.
• Allowing creativity within a solid value
foundation it is a sure guarantee for business

8: Follow a Holistic Approach
• Recognise the interdependence’s that exists
in your business.
• Each human being and every task is part of

Accept that CHANGE is an integral part of our
