This document discusses common myths around innovation and provides a more realistic perspective. It notes that the lone genius myth is inaccurate and that innovation is actually a collaborative process involving networks of ideas that take time to develop through experimentation. True innovative organizations foster connections between people and ideas, allow ideas to incubate, and cultivate creativity and experimentation. Money alone does not drive innovation; an environment providing autonomy, mastery, and purpose is more effective.
The document proposes redesigning the cafeteria at IIT campus to make it a more relaxing and engaging space. It suggests changing the menu to have handwritten options, providing outdoor seating to allow for meetings and socializing, and changing meals more often to increase anticipation. The goal is to motivate people to spend more time in the cafeteria and have a better overall experience.

5. Brush Teeth
I took the easiest thing to be my first challenge. It seems not too
hard to do, I wear a eye-mask in case the peeking.
Open my door
I walked very slow so that I won’t get hit by anything, my friend
was just next to me, but he won’t say a word unless I have trouble.
I’ve walked the same path for a hundred times so that wasn’t too
hard for me.
Turn on the light
I just realized there’s no difference with the lights on. I can’t see
anything anyway.
Took my toothbrush and squeeze toothpaste
This is a bit challenge here. I tried twice to put toothpaste on my
toothbrush. Because I am really familiar with my bathroom so
that I can do all of stuff easily. Only took longer time for me.
P.S,
My friends would like to try this as well. So I observed his act.
He walked very slowly and carefully on each step he took.
It looked kind of funny even just a such short distance.
However, I can’t imagine how to walk on the street with the
cars, people on the street, and the traffic light going on.

6. •Eat my breakfast
I was going to have cereal as my breakfast.
I took the milk from fridge. I’m not pretty sure did I take the right thing.
My friend confirmed for me.
Here comes the hardest part, I didn’t know how much milk I should pour.
I need my friend’s help, he has to tell me when to stop.
After milk, I put my cereal into bowl. Not sure how much did I put either.
Enjoy the breakfast!
I ate very slowly, it still tasty but I already lost my appetite.
•Get dressed Turned out, the desk was a mess.
I’ve already pick up what to wear today.
That was a little bit cheating.
It is not that hard to get dressed after I tried it. But I’m
not sure if I lost something or with the buttons in
wrong holes. I need someone to check the outfit for me.
The normal things became harder than I thought.
•I finished the whole process by my
memory and my friend’s eyes.
I have to use my hands to touch, my ear
to listen, and be very careful on each
step.
But it all happened at the place I’m
really familiar with. That helps a lot.
