3.  We can offer a design service tailored to the
client's needs and budget.
 We do not charge for an initial consultation
either in our office or at the client's site.
Once the client's brief is established we can
quote fees on a fixed fee basis for a limited
service or on a percentage fee scale to be
agreed for a full service. The latter would
normally include monitoring the building
construction and providing certification on
completion.

5.  In our experience we can normally save the
client money by achieving a good design built
to an agreed budget using the competitive
tender process. Alternatively, we can
negotiate competitive rates with a client's
own preferred contractor.
 We use 3D animation to help the client
understand the shape and layout of the
proposed project internally and externally.
This is particularly helpful if a client is not
experienced in reading architects plans.

7. New build
 All new build properties require a
mandatory Full SAP Assessment by an
Authorised SAP assessor to demonstrate
that the project complies with the thermal
requirements of Building Regulations. We
are able to carry out this service.

8. SAP Calculations
 SAP 2009 is the Government's Standard Assessment
Procedure for Energy Rating of Dwellings. It is part of
the UK national methodology for calculation of the
energy performance of buildings.
 SAP is used to demonstrate compliance with building
regulations for dwellings - Part L (England and
Wales).
 Our Licensed Assessors using the Elmhurst Energy
Systems Ltd specialist software are Leighton
Price (Surveyor I.D. No. B211-0002) and, Aled
Davies (Surveyor I.D. No.B211-0003).
