MC’s thoughts
•   We have only achieved half of what we have planned for this
    month, which means that we will have to recover that gap in
    months to come
•   We have 5 LCs that have not had any achievement or did not
    plan any for this month - the question should be asked if they
    have worked on their pipeline for the next months?
•   There are 3 LCs that have 100% of achievement rate of their
    goals because they have not planned any X for this month
•   Only 4 X+L Re - this means that the former EBs are not
    going in X

Conclusions
•   Total No of X Active Members in AIESEC RO: 792
    •   +26 | +3.39% vs. April

•   Members efficiency: 66 Mb work for 1 X
    •   86 was for May 2009

    •   23.9 was for April 2010

    •   Target for term: 2

•   Top 3 LCs with active Mb: IS, GL, TM
•   LC with most efficient members: BV (15.2)
MC’s thoughts
•   Our efficiency has decreased in May after the EB turnover
•   To achieve our goals for May, we should have had 29.3
    members working for one exchange
•   In the country 60 members are generating one exchange,
    but more important is that less than half of the LCs
    actually realized exchanges. This means 322 of our
    members are not contributing to exchange
•   Only 470 of our members are generating exchange

Conclusions
Total value of incomes for LCs: €33.819
    •   Corporate - €9.461 | 36%

    •   Exchange - €7861.5 | 30%

    •   Grants - €3.516 (from CJ) | 13%

    •   Alumni + 2% & 3‰ - €242.10 | 0.9%

    •   Other sources - €5100 | 19.5%

•   LCs that had X as sources of revenue*: Bu, CJ, IS, CT, TM, SB, OR, PI

•   10 LCs applied for Grants: BV, BU, CJ, CR, IS, CT, PI, PL, TGM, TM
•   7 LCs can support their operating budget from reserves for more that 2
    months: BV, BU, CT, IS, GL, PI, TM

MC’s thoughts
•   We are not capitalizing on more sources of revenues like: Alumni, 3‰

•   Not enough LCs are generating revenues from X

•   There is only one LC that has revenues from Grants, even though a lot of Grants are
    written in the country. This means that either we do not have knowledge for writing the
    grants, either we are not targeting the wright investors

•   19.5% of our incomes are from Other Sources. This make it hard to forecast our
    incomes and base our expenses on something uncertain.

•   We are not selling X to companies, we have only signed TN partnerships for only €248

•   Not all LCs are not using or have not implemented a Reserve Fund which affect the
    financial sustainability of those LCs

•   We have a few number of sales meetings  323meetings/13 LCs – average number of 25
    meetings per LC/month;

•   323 meetings/135 ER members – average number of 2.4 meetings per member/month

Final thoughts
•   Congratulations to the LCs for the effort of putting
    your L positions on the platform - in case you still need
    support on this, please ask for it

•   Good job with the 7 TN corporate signed - this means
    that we are starting to have focus on selling X again
    (119 meetings) or we are re-signing older TNs

This means that either we do not have knowledge for writing the grants, either we are not targeting the wright investors • 19.5% of our incomes are from Other Sources.
