The author would vote for Mockus to improve education for all, stop corruption, and make Colombia safer through its social and cultural development.

Instead Santos wants to improve teachers and by that improve the education quality and be testing that quality with some periodical evaluations for students and teachers. About health Mockus wants a better management of budget and the health system to make it easier to the patients and Santos wants to have someone who is responsible of the quality to make sure that the health service will have the best quality. In housing Santos is in favor of the poorest people and the ones who have more trouble getting housing and Mockus improve the social interest housing with more budget and having into account the little towns who have trouble with housing.

9. 5-6. If I had the opportunity to vote in 2010 elections, I would vote for mockus. Because he wants to improve the country by education, not only in children or teachers but with every citizen, having programs of training to unemployment people so they can find or create a job, also because he wants to stop corruption in the most important services of the country like health and education, to make the budget of those services actually go into that services to improve them. I would vote for Mockus because he will improve our social culture and make Colombia a better and safer place to live.
