Enactus is an international conglomerate of students,
educators and business professionals united with an aim
to help the society by encouraging social
entrepreneurship.
It works with a vision to help the society move a step
closer towards sustainable development and help people
become independent and self-sufficient.
Enactus DTU is a dedicated team of students with a head
for business and a heart for the world. The team truly
believes in empowerment of the weaker sections of the
society through business acumen and diligence. It has
constantly endeavored to be the mascot of change and
revolution, and bring innovative entrepreneurial solutions
to the table in matters concerning the various evils
afflicting the Indian society.

ABOUT
SOCH 4.0 The Social Ideathon’ is Enactus DTU’s annual
entrepreneurial festival that brings together
aspiring entrepreneurs and innovative business
leaders. It is a platform for students to bring out
their innovative ideas and channel their thoughts to
discover the spirit of an entrepreneur that lives in
each of us.
They will have the opportunity to showcase their
ideas to industry professionals, receive feedback
and mentorship, and have the chance to win a
variety of prizes and awards.
The competition encourages creative solutions to
some of society’s most pressing challenges, while
inspiring collaboration and innovation between
participants. For those looking to create meaningful
and lasting social change, Soch offers a unique
opportunity to do so.

BPLAN COMPETITION
THE PRELIMINARY ROUND
The Teams will take an online quiz with questions related to
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), latest technological
advancements and entrepreneurial finance to test their
problem solving skills and business acumen.
There will be a 12 hour window to take the quiz.
The quiz will be 35 minutes long and will comprise of 30
questions.
Only the team leader will be allowed to attempt the quiz.
Shortlisted teams will proceed to the next round and will be
informed via mail.
CASE STUDY (DAY-1)
Shortlisted teams will be required to report to Delhi Technological
University.
After successful check in and registration, the teams will be provided
with a case problem prompt for Round 1 at the venue itself.
Each team will prepare a 4-5 slide presentation (excluding the title and
closing slides) to present a solution to the problem statement.
Teams must prepare an elevator pitch that includes :
1.Problem Statement along with a brief analysis
2.Proposed Solution
3.Analysis of existing competitors
4.Differentiating factor
5.Marketing strategy
6.Revenue Model
7.Projected Impact of the proposed solution
MENTORING SESSION (DAY-1)
1.Problem analysis
2.Novelty of solution
3.Feasibility
4.Budget analysis
5.Revenue proposition
The pitch will be judged on the following criteria :
Each team will be assigned industry professionals and
distinguished alumni who will help refine their
presentation with effective inputs and suggestions
and mentor them in the second round.
Mentors will assess their progress and subsequently
select teams to proceed to the final presentation
round.
BPLAN COMPETITION
THE FINAL PITCH (DAY-2)
The day starts with the inaugural ceremony for the final round,
along with a panel of the esteemed judges.
Top finalist teams selected after the personalised guidance in
the mentorship session would be presenting their ideas to the
judges.
Each team will deliver their final presentation of 10-12 slides
(excluding the title and closing slides) within the 10 minute time
limit to avoid penalties.
Following the presentation, each team will have 5 minutes to
receive feedback from the judges and the Q&A round.
The judges will then finalise 3 teams with outstanding pitches to
be felicitated with cash prizes. Their decision will be final and
binding
Following the presentations, the day will be concluded by a
session by an esteemed speaker.
INTRIGUING EXHIBITION
Enactus Teams from across Delhi will be putting up
exhibitions, showcasing their projects and the impact
they've created. Teams sending representations will
be demonstrations outside the main venue.
Other college societies and entrepreneurial entities
can also showcase their products and services on our
all encompassing stalls. This will harbour an
environment sparking innovation and networking
brilliant minds.
The exhibition will be the key eye-catcher attraction
of the event, for it will offer viewers a chance to make
themselves aware of current developments going on
under the aegis of Enactus.
A footfall of 10,000+ will grace the exhibition, and the
exhibitors will have an opportunity of showcasing their
ideas to MoE’s Instituition’s Innovation Cell.

The event will open with an Inauguration Ceremony by the
Chief Guest.
Speaker sessions will be conducted for all teams, where
distinguished speakers will share pearls of wisdom with the
participants, providing them an opportunity to gain valuable
insights from experienced professionals.
The addresses covering wide ranges of topics will catalyze the
opening of new horizons for all the knowledge seekers and add
value to them.
Distinguished alumni, business leaders, entrepreneurs will
grace the occasion, which will ensure the session to be a
listener’s delight.
EXCITING
SPEAKER SESSION
Apart from the main Social Ideathon event, there will be an
Exhibition where various teams will have the opportunity to
showcase their projects in individual stalls and increase their
community engagement.
OVERVIEW
Throughout the B plan competition, participants can engage in
several interactive games and mini events designed for rejuvenation
and networking, including Open Mic sessions, Treasure Hunts,
Venture Play and Product Marketing.

MENTORING SESSION (DAY-1) 1.Problem analysis 2.Novelty of solution 3.Feasibility 4.Budget analysis 5.Revenue proposition The pitch will be judged on the following criteria : Each team will be assigned industry professionals and distinguished alumni who will help refine their presentation with effective inputs and suggestions and mentor them in the second round. Mentors will assess their progress and subsequently select teams to proceed to the final presentation round.
  • 9. BPLAN COMPETITION THE FINAL PITCH (DAY-2) The day starts with the inaugural ceremony for the final round, along with a panel of the esteemed judges. Top finalist teams selected after the personalised guidance in the mentorship session would be presenting their ideas to the judges. Each team will deliver their final presentation of 10-12 slides (excluding the title and closing slides) within the 10 minute time limit to avoid penalties. Following the presentation, each team will have 5 minutes to receive feedback from the judges and the Q&A round. The judges will then finalise 3 teams with outstanding pitches to be felicitated with cash prizes. Their decision will be final and binding Following the presentations, the day will be concluded by a session by an esteemed speaker.
  • 10. INTRIGUING EXHIBITION Enactus Teams from across Delhi will be putting up exhibitions, showcasing their projects and the impact they've created. Teams sending representations will be demonstrations outside the main venue. Other college societies and entrepreneurial entities can also showcase their products and services on our all encompassing stalls. This will harbour an environment sparking innovation and networking brilliant minds. The exhibition will be the key eye-catcher attraction of the event, for it will offer viewers a chance to make themselves aware of current developments going on under the aegis of Enactus. A footfall of 10,000+ will grace the exhibition, and the exhibitors will have an opportunity of showcasing their ideas to MoE’s Instituition’s Innovation Cell. FOOTFALL 1O,000+
  • 11. The event will open with an Inauguration Ceremony by the Chief Guest. Speaker sessions will be conducted for all teams, where distinguished speakers will share pearls of wisdom with the participants, providing them an opportunity to gain valuable insights from experienced professionals. The addresses covering wide ranges of topics will catalyze the opening of new horizons for all the knowledge seekers and add value to them. Apart from the main Social Ideathon event, there will be an Exhibition where various teams will have the opportunity to showcase their projects in individual stalls and increase their community engagement. With a combined prize pool of over Rs. 50,000, these curated events offer exciting opportunities for participants to unwind and potentially win valuable rewards.
