Dr. Christina Lorge-Grover
Title IX Consultant
Christopher is one of the most positive people I have met. His positive attitude is only exceeded by his work ethic. Chris leave any task unfinished, he stays until it is complete. He consistently
puts the needs of others, the department, the college, ahead of his own needs. Christopher has changed the culture of our department by highlighting strengths, encouraging others, and putting in
the time to get the work gone. It is a pleasure working with Chris.

To whom this concerns,
I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Christopher Davis. I highly recommend him to your organization for the Coordinator position. I have known Christopher for the past eight
months as he has been working in the Office of Residential Life as the transitional living area’s Area Coordinator. As I have been a part of his student staff, I have had an opportunity to observe
his energetic and outgoing personality. We can always count on him to bring energy and positivity into the office. Christopher is a hard worker and truly cares about his residents. As long as I
have known Christopher, I have seen time and time again how willing he is to drop everything to help students with a variety of housing issues. Christopher has much experience with planning
events as well as extensive knowledge of sports.
Christopher used to help coach lacrosse at Augustana College and I believe he has learned a lot from the time commitments and challenges that being an assistant coach entailed and has
reciprocated those skills into his Area Coordinator job performance. I believe Christopher would be an asset to any organization. Christopher is an outstanding Area Coordinator in all
respects. He has proven that through hard work, follow though, and team work, he can accomplish a variety of tasks in a courteous and timely manner.
Outside of work, I know that Christopher is a very family oriented person and I know it is important for him to be closer to his family. This opportunity is perfect for him in order to be closer to
his family while doing something he loves. Christopher is well equipped to grow from challenges that he is presented with. His patience, strong people’s skills, and constant positivity
prepare him quite well for the coordinator position. I strongly endorse making Christopher Davis a member of your team.
Sincerely,
Kaitlyn Cook

To Whom It May Concern,
This is a letter of recommendation for Christopher Davis, an applicant for a teaching position with your school district or whatever area is needed. For the last 9 years I have been faculty in the
College of Education at Bowling Green State University teaching technology integration classes to education majors.
Chris worked as my graduate assistant for three semesters. During that time Chris was in graduate school and also completed his methods semester and student teaching. All of these experiences
helped Chris to develop skills essential for a good teacher.
When Chris first started working for me he observed my classes, assisted students with their technology projects and did some grading. As time passed, Chris would observe me teaching and
then teach a portion of the same lesson to the next class. Last fall I gave him the responsibility of teaching each class how to create a blog, creating a handout to go with the lesson and grading
their finished products. Chris was successful and was then given the responsibility to do the same for a Wiki. The students responded well to his instruction.
Chris also learned to use, and assist students with, many new technologies including interactive whiteboards, iPod Touches, AlphaSmarts, digital cameras, scanners, a document camera, and a
variety of computer applications.
Chris was organized and managed well the duties given to him.
If more information is needed, my contact information is listed below.
Sincerely,

To Whom This May Concern,
I am writing this letter on behalf of Chris Davis. I am the director of Camp Winaukee located in New Hampshire. We are one of the nation’s oldest and largest residential sport camps. Chris
worked at Winaukee during the summer of 2008 between June and August. Chris was a wonderful counselor and was respected by all in our community.
Specifically, Chris worked approximately 85 hours per week at Winaukee. I have met few individuals who possess the motivation, creativity and professionalism that Chris exhibited during his
employment at Winaukee. Moreover, he has an extremely disarming, affable, energetic personality and enjoys a witty sense of humor. Anyone who has the pleasure of coming in contact with
Chris will leave his presence with a big smile.
Chris was the director of our lacrosse program this summer while simultaneously being a bunk counselor. Chris exhibited a brilliant ability to organize a complex imaginative program that ran
from 9 am to 7 pm, seven days a week for seven consecutive weeks. Chris worked tirelessly throughout the summer to keep the said program fresh and innovative.
As a bunk counselor, Chris was superb. His responsibilities included the direct supervision of the health and welfare of approximately twelve children in his bunk. Chris was tremendous in this
area.
In summary, Chris was a pleasure to work with during his tenure at Winaukee and was highly regarded and respected by his colleagues and campers. His attitude to his work and role at
Winaukee were exemplary.
Should you have any questions regarding Chris, I can be reached at 800-487-9157.
Sincerely,
Jeff Freedman

community-building programs for residents; confronting violations of college policies; responding to a variety of personal crises involving students; maintaining a high level of confidentiality;
and completing administrative responsibilities within one’s assigned area. I’ve enclosed a more detailed job description with this letter.
Chris also served as an administrative assistant in the Residence Life & Student Conduct Office in May and June 2008. In this position, his responsibilities included troubleshooting problems;
managing the front office; tracking, organizing, and maintaining confidential student files, keys, and archive materials; assisting the Residence Life staff during several housing processes;

Re: Christopher S. Davis credentials
To whom this may concern:
As the umpire coordinator for the Hudson (Oh) Kiwanis Little League, I supervised Chris Davis from the spring of 1997 through the summer of
2005 (April 1 – July 31 each year.) On average he worked 12-15 hours each week; he began as a base umpire at the younger players’ games and
worked his way up to plate umpire and then served his last two years as head umpire and chief umpire for the older players, including helping
with training and umpiring playoff games. In addition to making the calls, Chris dealt with coaches, the other umpires, players and parents and
consistently received positive feedback for fairness, dependability and game knowledge.
Player ages in the league range from 9-18 years old. Chris also did field maintenance and lining on an as needed basis.
Please feel free to contact me if you need additional information.
Sincerely,
Gary A. Gough
