o Supervised, coordinated, and invested in eight 2nd-5th-grade girls lives for 24/7 for 7 consecutive week intervals.
o Instructed ropes course activities for campers, insuring safety precautions and respect for property, equipment,
and facilities.
o Responded decisively to misbehavior by providing appropriate direction towards conflict resolution.
o Developed strong teamwork, leadership and adaptability skills through challenging experiences with fellow staff
and campers from different backgrounds.
Managing Photographer May - August 2014; May - August 2013
o Coordinated efforts to organize and professionally photographed hundreds of campers throughout each day.
o Daily management of the upload process in order to allow parents to view their children on the website.
o Sorted, edited, tagged and posted photos utilizing multiple computer systems to accurately upload the
photographs to meet the deadlines, including the duplication of DVDs to distribute to all the campers.
o Collaborated with the Camper Engagement Manager to implement all required information to efficiently complete
necessary tasks.
