12. Payment Methods
Tuition is due the 15th of the month after the class begins. Tuition bills can be paid in
one of three ways.
1. Transferring funds from a checking or savings account.
2. Paying with a credit card. (Note: There is a 2.75% service fee associated with credit
payments. VISA is not accepted)
3. Mailing a check or money order to the Winona business office. (Note: Checks are
accepted at the front desk of La Salle Hall, located on the Twin Cities campus
however payment at this location will delay the posting time of your payment.)
Cash is not an accepted form of payment.
Payments cannot be made over the phone.

19. Employer Tuition Reimbursement
1. Download the Tuition Reimbursement
Agreement located in the Forms section
on the Blackboard MY SMU tab.
2. Complete the form and return to Student
Services w/ a copy of your company’s
policy on tuition assistance.
Tuition Reimbursement agreements need to
be submitted once per academic year.
Completed agreements provide the benefit
of deferred billing 30 days following the end
of each semester.
