This document summarizes the development of a smartphone accessory product for a customer named Tim Wambaugh. It outlines 7 stages: understand the customer's goals of controlling his iPhone remotely while running safely in a waterproof case; explore similar existing products; define specifications for a hard plastic iPhone case, adjustable nylon belt, bottle holder, and remote control; ideate initial designs; create prototypes; refine the prototypes based on feedback; and present the final product which includes an iPhone case, adjustable nylon belt with front and back pockets, remote control, and bottle holder. the market but our product is going to be unique and much different than

7. Stage 6: Refine
After we made a prototype. We made a few
refinements to help make our product a little bit
more better for our customer. First, we added an
additional front pocket to the belt for extra storage.
Then we added a stopwatch holder in the back
pocket to store a stopwatch. We then also
enhanced the remote and changed the position of
some of the buttons and the size of the buttons was
also changed so they are easier to press.
