S: Before I came to Canada, I was
in Shanhai Medical School for Three
Years.
T: I need to learn high school
knowledge and also medical
knowledge in this school.
A: I had lots of class in this school,
and the study is very stressed and
hard. I studied very hard and
graduated from this school
R: I learned lots of knowledge in this
school such as medical knowledge
and chemistry and math and
English.
3. Centennial College
S: Centennial College is where I learn
knowledge in Canada.
T: I need to learn business knowledge
in this school, and also professional
skills is required to learn.
A: My major is International Business.
I learned the professional knowledge
about international business. In
addition, project is what I need to do in
college
R: I learned the teamwork skills, time
management skills, and
communication skills
4. English is My Second
Language
S: As a Chinese person, Mandarin is my
first language and English is my second
language
T: I need to use English to learn
knowledge in Centennial College. In
addition, I need to use English to
communicate with Toronto People
A: I went to some community center and
help them as volunteer, so I can practice
my English speaking with native speakers.
In addition, I like to memory new words.
R: Now I can communicate with native
people with frequently English, and I can
study with English.
5. My professor
S: This professor name is Michael
Sulivan. He is my MKTG116 professor
which teach me Marketing principle.
T: I need to understand the marketing
principle which includes 4 p’s. I need
to know how to build marketing plan.
A: I listened to the lecture, and asked
him questions if I could not
understand. In addition, I finished my
assignment with group. Discussing
with group members is very helpful.
R: I understand the basic ideas of
marketing. Also I started to enter the
marketing place.
6. My roommate
S: I live with five friends in a big house
and we can study together and play
together.
T: We need to encourage each other to
study harder. Cleaning room and cooking
is necessary for us to do.
A: We planed the schedule for studying
and cleaning room. I need to cook two
days a week. In addition, we spend two
days at school to study together.
R: I learned how to live without family. In
addition, I learned how to cook and how to
live with friends.
