Xinling Hu worked as a tutor in elementary school in China where she helped turn the worst students into more confident learners through fun study methods. Her previous job offered opportunities for creativity, like setting up a Valentine's Day display window in one hour. She finds creativity fulfilling and enjoys craft hobbies. Her boss also gave her a chance to set up and manage her company's online store on Taobao, helping the business gain sales. She works well on teams, like at Chateau Kiwi Wine Company where she led event planning that helped with advertising campaigns.

2. Back in China, I was a tutor
of an elementary school guiding
some of the children to improve
their studies. I have great passion
for teaching and learning. At
first, I noticed these children
were totally out of control and
they were considered the worst
students in the class. I was trying
to makes friends with these kids
by sharing my own childhood
stories and encouraged them to
have fun in their studies. After
several months’ efforts, I helped
them build their confidence, set
positive attitudes towards their
life and provided them with
efficient methods of study. Both
parents and teachers were highly
appreciative.

3. Planning exhibitions for
different themes are full
of challenges.
My previous job offered
me a lot of opportunities to be
creative and flexible. Last
year, the Valentine's Day gave
me a deep impression. I didn’t
get the instructions from boss
to change the display of our
show windows. However, I
led my group finished the
settle showcase only within
one hours. Many company’s
VIP attend to our Venetian’s
Day Party including the
Director of Lonely Plant, the
CEO of Aviatrade Asia Ltd,
the Writer of “Fall In
Antarctica” and so on. After
all, it was an amazing show
and a happy day.

4. Like Albert Einstein said
“Creativity is
intelligence having fun.”
I think life is a process to
find your ability and use
that ability to create
yourself. The life that I am
living is full of creativity
and fun. I enjoyed making
handmade crafts. It is not
only eco-friendly for our
environment but also give
me self-satisfaction by
sharing my ideas to others.
Now my friends received
various of stuffs. From the
right hand, it showed the a
purse and a photo frame
made by myself.

5. My boss gave a chance to set up an e-store of our company. It is a chance for launching a new
market in fast-pace online business. For me, it is the opportunity to show my passion in internet
and E-commerce. I worked with teammates to take pictures, edit photos, post the description of
products and post them on the Taobao which is the biggest B2B Company in China. The company
gained a great numbers of deals based on the online shop and it still on business.

6. “A happy team is a productive team” that what I learnt from Chateau Kiwi Wine Company. I
really enjoyed working with a group of people that everybody has its own special talents.
Some responsible for designing, some good at calculating and as for me, I lead our team to
prepare all kinds of banquettes and get the best idea for the market. We have already done
some great advertising campaigns for clients such as Nanfang Media Group, GTV and Agile
Property Holdings Limited.
