João Neto, Pedro Norton de Matos, Pedro Vieira Neves

2. João Neto is an Entrepreneur and Investor. He is Chairman and CEO of
NDrive since the beginning of the company.
He is also a Managing Partner of Diligence Capital since 2006, acting as a
Board Member at several portfolio companies. Before that he was for 9
years one of the Managing Partners of Novabase, that went through and
IPO and become the largest Portuguese IT services provider
(NBA@Euronext).
Before that he worked as a Computer Science researcher at INESC for 5
years. He holds an MSc degree in Engineering from FEUP.

3. In 1991 he was appointed Managing Director of UNISYS PORTUGAL and had Iberian and
Southern Europe responsibilities.
Between 2000 and 2005 he was CEO of ONI. Between 2001 and 2005 he was also Chairman of the
Board of Comunitel Spain.
From 2006 he acted as Non-Executive Director at INAPA and a member of the Advisory Board of
ORACLE Iberia. In July 2006, he founded MY CHANGE.
He is mentor and organizer of the Green Festival and co-organizer of the Forum Expresso XXI .
He has strong experience in Business Management and implementation of Change Processes .
Degree in Management from the ISCTE, Lisbon. Certification in coaching from ICF (International
Coach Federation). Completed courses in Strategic Planning, Business Management and
Information Systems, in the United States, France, Portugal, Spain, Germany and England
namely at INSEAD and Wharton Business School .

1982 – 1988 - “Construções Técnicas S.A.” - Barragem e Descarregador de Cheias do Alto
Lindoso, tendo a seu cargo o estudo, a preparação e o apoio à gestão do contracto / actividade
comercial.
1988 – “Engil”, dirigindo o ACE responsável pela execução da Empreitada da Estação de
Tratamento Preliminar da Guia para o Gabinete Coordenador do Projeto de Saneamento da
Costa do Estoril.
1991 – 1997 – Direção da Delegação da Engil nos Açores.
1997 – 2004 - Administrador da Engil Investimentos, SGPS (hoje MEAS), Administrador da
Tratofoz e Ecodetra.
Desde 1998 - responsável pela área do multisserviços da Mota-Engil, Ambiente e Serviços:
Vibeiras (1998 - ), Manvia (2001- ), Áreagolfe S.A. (2007- ), VBT, Lda (2008- ), Vibeiras
Moçambique S.A. (2010- ), Vibeiras Rwada, LLC (2014- )
