3. Microsoft Band
• Worn on left wrist. More comfortable (for me) than wearing a watch
to track sleep. Sleep start & end confirmed by me.

4. Hexoskin
• Very snug fit, especially since I’m out of shape. Device plugged into
RH side of shirt, and made shirt most uncomfortable to wear at night.

• Interesting to see data on calories & resting HR very similar in both

• Data may be easier to interpret for average consumer

• Amazing array of data – maybe for those with a specific sleep issue?
• Would benefit from auto sleep detection
• Not comfortable if you sleep on right side
