Details
Place: Briefing at the Hotel Dolce.
Activity in the Hotel of Sitges.
Timing: Starts at 14,00 hours, finish
at 15 hours.
Number of people: 300 pax.

Summary
The "Solidarity treasure hunt" is an spectacular and ideal way to discover curiosities, places, traditions and stories of the
city of Sitges.. Through this spectacular, original and generating laughter treasure hunt (Gymkhana) they will get to
know the town of Sitges while we generate team spirit. And at the same time the participants , while overcoming a
series of challenges will gain Euros that Wyndham Hotel Group will donate for a social labor as a contribution to the
most needed, in this case to the ONG Beyond The Moon
During the briefing, the group will be split into teams ( 20 teams of 15 ) and we will invite participants to become urban
explorers teams. Each of the teams will be given a backpack with an "explorer kit" which shall consist of: Booklet similar
to this where you they will find questions and challenges , a map, a compass, a Nikon camera, pedometers and
binoculars. And they will be encouraged to participate in this exciting city game.
Through this scavenger hunt quiz type full of questions, tracks and challenges, they will have to discover curious places
in the city, find things which are difficult to find, interact with local people, make some funny pictures in front of the
town´s landmarks, pass tests of all types and follow directions to the final point to get there as soon as possible and no
later than the end time marked by the event organizer and master of ceremonies.
Upon arrival to the final point , we will be waiting to greet them, congratulate them, measure the points scored by each
team and make a fun, motivating and endearing prize award ceremony.

Social Responsability
This Treasure Hunt is social responsible because during the
treasure hunt the participants gain Euros and will have
among other challenges, to do several activities for the town
like:
- clean the beach ( if possible)
- do some gardening in a public park ( If possible).
But he most important thing is that on each challenge they
will be able to gain some Euros that will be given by the
company to “Beyond the moon”.

you to get an idea.
Original booklet will have around 30 pages and many other
challenges.

Welcome to your Social Treasure Hunt in Sitges!
Today we have organized a fun Gymkhana in Sitges Our " Leit motive" is:
We will do, we will grow, we will take risks and we will live while we contribut to create
a better world.
Each team will receive a backpack with a PHOTO CAMERA containing your passport to the
adventure, a map, an egg, a rain coat. All the material will have to be returned in good
shape.
Important: All pictures and videos to be taken will need to be shot in horizontal format.
In this passport you will find each of the challenges that you will have to overcome and the
number of Euros that you will win with each of them. Not all of them have the same value.
More difficult challenges are worth more Euros.
Teams will have to plan a route that allows you to overcome the maximum number of tasks,
and reach the destination point, at a time that we will let you know, with the highest
number of Euros. (You will have to be punctual because for every minute that you are late,
you will be deducted ten Euros).
The winner will be the team with more Euros.
At the point of arrival we will be waiting to collect the passports
with the answers to the various tests and the other things that
we asked you to bring. We will evaluate the results obtained by
each team and later we will let you know the three winning
teams.
Most important of all is that you take afloat your best
team spirit, good humor and positive attitude.
The arrival will be at the same point of drop off.
All team smembers should get to the arrival together.
Notes.- All team members will always have to remain together (maximum distance 100 meters).
To do all the tests within the time we give you is impossible. A good planning phase is
recommended to decide in advance which challenges to go for and in what order.

Make a "Castell" (Castle) in cat position, three
team members at the bottom, on the second
level two people external to the team and one
last team member at the top third level.

We are creative
A flashmob is an organized action in which a large group
of people assemble suddenly in a public place to do
something unusual and then quickly disperse .
You will not be a crowd, but you can do something: with all
the team and the participation of two more people that you
will have to convince to sign up for your ‘flashmob’.
Challenge: With the statue of Rosiñol at the background
you will have to represent a choreography that lasts 30
seconds approximately and record it on video. (30
Euros)

The Peseta is a currency that is no
longer in use.

bring it with you to the arrival point

For 300 people: 12.800 Activity

Remaining budget for charity: 5.400 euros ( a maximum of 270 Euros per team).
Maximum investment : 20.000 Euros.
Extras: Photographer for the three hour session: 400 Euros.
Note.- This prices are without VAT if we make the invoice to a foreign company. If we had to make the
invoice to a Spanish company we would have to add 21% for the VAT.

Sitges social responsible treasure hunt

  • 2. Details Place: Briefing at the Hotel Dolce. Activity in the Hotel of Sitges. Timing: Starts at 14,00 hours, finish at 15 hours. Number of people: 300 pax. 2
  • 3. Summary The "Solidarity treasure hunt" is an spectacular and ideal way to discover curiosities, places, traditions and stories of the city of Sitges.. Through this spectacular, original and generating laughter treasure hunt (Gymkhana) they will get to know the town of Sitges while we generate team spirit. And at the same time the participants , while overcoming a series of challenges will gain Euros that Wyndham Hotel Group will donate for a social labor as a contribution to the most needed, in this case to the ONG Beyond The Moon During the briefing, the group will be split into teams ( 20 teams of 15 ) and we will invite participants to become urban explorers teams. Each of the teams will be given a backpack with an "explorer kit" which shall consist of: Booklet similar to this where you they will find questions and challenges , a map, a compass, a Nikon camera, pedometers and binoculars. And they will be encouraged to participate in this exciting city game. Through this scavenger hunt quiz type full of questions, tracks and challenges, they will have to discover curious places in the city, find things which are difficult to find, interact with local people, make some funny pictures in front of the town´s landmarks, pass tests of all types and follow directions to the final point to get there as soon as possible and no later than the end time marked by the event organizer and master of ceremonies. Upon arrival to the final point , we will be waiting to greet them, congratulate them, measure the points scored by each team and make a fun, motivating and endearing prize award ceremony. 3

Social Responsability This Treasure Hunt is social responsible because during the treasure hunt the participants gain Euros and will have among other challenges, to do several activities for the town like: - clean the beach ( if possible) - do some gardening in a public park ( If possible). But he most important thing is that on each challenge they will be able to gain some Euros that will be given by the company to “Beyond the moon”. 4
  • 5. EXAMPLE The following pages is an example we have prepared for you to get an idea. Original booklet will have around 30 pages and many other challenges. 5
  • 6. Briefing Ghymkhana 6 Welcome to your Social Treasure Hunt in Sitges! Today we have organized a fun Gymkhana in Sitges Our " Leit motive" is: We will do, we will grow, we will take risks and we will live while we contribut to create a better world. Each team will receive a backpack with a PHOTO CAMERA containing your passport to the adventure, a map, an egg, a rain coat. All the material will have to be returned in good shape. Important: All pictures and videos to be taken will need to be shot in horizontal format. In this passport you will find each of the challenges that you will have to overcome and the number of Euros that you will win with each of them. Not all of them have the same value. More difficult challenges are worth more Euros. Teams will have to plan a route that allows you to overcome the maximum number of tasks, and reach the destination point, at a time that we will let you know, with the highest number of Euros. (You will have to be punctual because for every minute that you are late, you will be deducted ten Euros). The winner will be the team with more Euros.
  • 7. At the point of arrival we will be waiting to collect the passports with the answers to the various tests and the other things that we asked you to bring. We will evaluate the results obtained by each team and later we will let you know the three winning teams. Most important of all is that you take afloat your best team spirit, good humor and positive attitude. The arrival will be at the same point of drop off. All team smembers should get to the arrival together. Notes.- All team members will always have to remain together (maximum distance 100 meters). To do all the tests within the time we give you is impossible. A good planning phase is recommended to decide in advance which challenges to go for and in what order. Your final objective

  • 9. Oriented to action The hard egg. At the departure, you will be given a signed egg. On arrival you will have to deliver the same egg but boiled. (20 Euros) "Foolish things today may be the best memories of tomorrow"
  • 10. Beach Clean Go to the beach in front Paseo maritimo. Every team has a designated area. The monitor will explain you which is your area and give you the tools. Your are have to be perfect when you leave the beach.. ( 30 Euros). 10
  • 11. We do team work and find good partners The castle (human tower) Make a "Castell" (Castle) in cat position, three team members at the bottom, on the second level two people external to the team and one last team member at the top third level. Photo is mandatory (30 Euros )
  • 12. We are creative A flashmob is an organized action in which a large group of people assemble suddenly in a public place to do something unusual and then quickly disperse . You will not be a crowd, but you can do something: with all the team and the participation of two more people that you will have to convince to sign up for your ‘flashmob’. Challenge: With the statue of Rosiñol at the background you will have to represent a choreography that lasts 30 seconds approximately and record it on video. (30 Euros)
  • 13. We are resourceful The Peseta is a currency that is no longer in use. But there are still many in the hands of collectors. Will you be able to find one? You have to find the key to the code to find out the site that we referred to. 20, 8, 5, 3, 1, 20, 8, 5, 4, 18,1,12. ------------------------------------- (10 euros ) In front of the main entrance of this building you will have to look for a staff who will explain to you your next challenge (20 Euros).
  • 16. We are not afraid Here you have a QR code that will give you information about a place you have to go. In your phone you will find an application to read this QR code. Challenge: In this place you will have to stand all of you behind the counter of a fruit shop to take a picture with the seller, as if you were selling the fruits.   • 17. Team work At some point you will have to take a creative picture exactly like this one of the whole team that reflects your team work. (30 Euros)
  • 18. Our team scream You should create together a team scream or a team shout with a choreography that reflects one of the premises of your company. You will film this sequence on the stairs of Mercado central de Sitges. (minimum length of the video: 15 seconds approximately) (30 Euros)
  • 19. We love what we do and we show it! You will have to take a picture of the whole team jumping with joy. Important: 1) in the picture, all the people have to be in the air! 2) In the background, we shall see the main entrance of the ……………... Photo is mandatory: (20 euros)
  • 20. Investment. Price for the activity: 800 euros + 40 euros per person. For 300 people: 12.800 Activity Price for the buses.1.800 Euros Remaining budget for charity: 5.400 euros ( a maximum of 270 Euros per team). Maximum investment : 20.000 Euros. Extras: Photographer for the three hour session: 400 Euros. Note.- This prices are without VAT if we make the invoice to a foreign company. If we had to make the invoice to a Spanish company we would have to add 21% for the VAT. 20
