International Enterprise Singapore is inviting vendors to quote for the production of 6,000 customized lanyards in teal for use at corporate events. Vendors must meet specifications including a size of 900mm by 20mm, polyester material, metal hook and clip, and 1C silkscreen printing of IE's logo and tagline in teal. Samples must be submitted by August 5th and proposals will be evaluated based on material quality, printing quality, and workmanship. Payment will be made within 30 days of invoice submission through the government portal, and IE reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation.

1. INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR PRODUCTION OF CUSTOMISED LANYARDS
1 INTRODUCTION
1.1 International Enterprise (IE) Singapore would like to invite Vendors to quote for the
production of customized lanyards for corporate use. The teal lanyards, teal being our
primary corporate colour, are for guests at flagship events, iAdvisory seminars, Global
Conversations, ad hoc conferences and events organized throughout the year.
2 REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Vendors shall produce the customized lanyards as per the following specifications:

2.2 Vendors must submit prices clearly stating the cost and breakdown of all items
requested for in Section 2.1. It should also include any other additional information that
is relevant but not requested above. Failure to quote accordingly to section 2.1 shall
render the proposal liable to rejection.
2.3 Vendors are required to submit samples (see sample attached) of high density
weave lanyard in teal colour with 1C printing according to the specifications in Section
2.1 to the following address no later than 5 August 2014, 1300hrs. Failure to provide
the samples shall render the quotation liable to rejection. All samples and proposals
received after the deadline specified in 2.3 will not be evaluated.

3 EVALUATION CRITERIA
3.1 Proposals received will be evaluated based on the criteria and weightage listed below to
derive a benefit ratio1
. The cost of each proposal will be used to compute a cost ratio2
. A
benefit/cost ratio will be then derived to determine the most advantageous offer.
a. Quality of material (40%)
b. Quality of printing (30%)
c. Quality of workmanship (30%)
4 DEBARMENT
4.1 The Vendor must not be debarred by Standing Committee on Debarment, c/o Ministry of
Finance on or after the closing date of the ITQ.
5 PAYMENT
a. The Vendor shall e-invoice IE Singapore via the government’s portal
www.vendors.gov.sg.
b. The payment shall be made within thirty (30) days from the date of e-invoice subject
to satisfactory receipt of goods.
6 SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION
6.1 IE Singapore reserves the right to accept or reject part(s) or the whole of the quotation.
Please note that IE Singapore is not bound to accept the lowest or any of the quotations
as it deems fit.
6.2 Please note that your quotation must be submitted through GeBIZ no later than 5
August 2014, 1300hrs.
