INTRODUCTION
Silicone cases consist of a
single piece of silicone that
stretches around your phone.

4. WHAT MATERIAL ?
POLYURETHANE
Polyurethane is a plastic
materials which exists in
various forms. It can be
tailored to be either rigid or
flexible, and is the material of
choice for a broad range of
end-user applications
Polyurethane synthesis, wherein the urethane groups −NH−
(C=O)−O− link the molecular units

8. MANUFACTURING
PROCESSES
Silicone cases are
manufactured using a
compression mold
machine. The method of placing a
pre-heated silicone
material on a mold cavity
used.
Pressure is applied on
the closed mold until the
material is shaped into
desired shapes. The silicone is removed
from its mold to be
trimmed, painted,
packaged and shipped.
