6. Reasoning For expenses
Marketing
Event
Merchandise
The reason I focused on selling art-based Merchandise is because it gives a unique experience
for this specific event and it also gives a chance if wanted we could work with artists to bring
designs that incorporate the event and the game.
I focused on social media and print media for my marketing strategy. Social media enables hyper-targeting of
ideal clients based on exact demographics, ensuring effective reach and retargeting capabilities. Meanwhile,
print media's perceived credibility and lower digital competition, coupled with the enduring appeal of tangible
material, especially to millennials, create a well-rounded and impactful marketing mix.
High-quality AV equipment ensures memorable events by delivering clear sound and visuals, facilitating
effective communication and amplifying the speaker's message. Its use adds a professional touch, supports
branding efforts, and increases audience engagement through interactive tools, making events more dynamic
and credible.

9. Ticket Pricing maximum ticket
price
www.statista.com/
I chose to place my ticket price at
30 dollars which is more than my
breakeven point of about 25 dollars
but the 5 extra dollars puts it into
the normal amount people are
willing to pay to go to a gaming
event
10. Sponsorship
I chose to have spacers. I wanted companies that have done gaming events. I chose 2
main sponsors of Mountain dew and Intel I asked for 250 from both in practice this
money would probably go towards equipment and drinks because we are providing
drinks and some food at the event
“In 2022, Envy Gaming signed Mountain Dew as the
tournament’s “presenting sponsor” for their CoD League
OpTic Major I. The company also sponsored a reserved
tournament fan section (“MTN Dew Spark Zone”).”
The tech company’s sponsorship of ESL events
created the Intel Extreme Masters, esports’
longest-running global gaming tour. Intel also
sponsors DreamHack. (Play today)
11. Conclusion
My main expenses were in
marketing and AV equipment
because I felt these were
most important for the event
to succeed I also had the
tickets slightly above the
break-even but they are still
in the normal range
Final Expense :
$7,101.70
Total Revenue:
$4523.31
