- For me delight is something you will never get enough of Like eating lolipop, You will never get enough of it Do we really need to bother with “delighting” our customers? Isn’t it enough to be simple, usable and useful?
- It’s vital to understand the big picture. We have never been this much connected. Social, IOT, warbles are nothing but ways of connecting Everybody is trying to connect with you. They are trying to close the gap.
