Veldhoen + Company

  Our world is beautiful. Are we capable of living and
  working in it the way we like the most? The
  information technology is changing rapidly. Can
  we see the challenges of these developments?
  From our personal experiences, with our own
  identity and ambition we accept these challenges
  and develop new concepts of working for
  companies.
  Veldhoen + Company is an international operating
  consultancy firm. At this moment there are 52
  employees. The company was founded 18 years
  ago. We look at organization styles and working
  processes, information technology and physical
  environment. We develop new Social, Virtual and
  Physical environments. We use an integral
  approach for that.
  Change is the key word in our company.

The Art of Working
  The way in which we deal with information is changing dramatically,
  and with it the way we work and how we deal with one another. The
  three plusses of The Art of Working:
      + Reduce resource cost of facilities
      + Increase productivity
      + Create a new culture
  We can only achieve such a feat if we also open up new                   Creating a new culture is

Integrated Approach

  In our approach we examine what is possible
  in the areas of people & organization (social
  environment), information provision & ICT (virtual
  environment) and working environment & building
  (physical environment). The approach is interactive.
  In other words, we involve management and
  employees in deciding which future way of working
  we are aiming to create. In the development phase
  this is an action with leadership which has to lead to
  their commitment and approval.                              Veldhoen + Company
  In the implementation phase, we work out a bottom-       has worked together with
