a smooth roll-out of the Optical Network and ensuring all the business services are offered.
 Fiber Planning LTE: The project dealt with fibre execution for LTE network as well as
Coordinated with Field Technicians, Engineers & NPE Team. Planning of Last Mile
Connectivity to serve the Residential & Commercial customers that involved estimation
of material also, which is to be used for In-Building Ducting such as Ducts, Cables,
Junction Boxes, Distribution Points, etc.
 Responsible for all Enterprise Business Services (EBS) deliveries For RJIL
 Planning, Survey and Execution-Rollout of Fiber (Access/Backbone) (Underground
/overhead)
 Responsible for I&C of all wire line products like Small cell connectivity , enodeB ,Wi-Fi,
IBS , POI connectivity through FIBER media at last mile.
 Optical Fiber cable connectivity Outage (Plant Event) of (Ring, SCR Route, BTS TO BTS) For new
node insertion
 OSP & ISP Vendor management for new rollout projects for RF and FIBER connectivity.
 · Testing of OFC with LSPM (Laser Source, Power meter), OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflect
meter).
 Handover the link to O&M with route map, OTDR results, FMS Plan, Power Meter and Laser
Source report as per the Link Budget .
 Scheduled field visit for optimization of repeat complaints by analyzing of root causes
of repeated failures at same towns / sites / equipment’s/ customer locations
