Stanley is a timid boy sentenced to Camp Green Lake for a crime he claims he did not commit. At camp, he begins teaching Zero, another timid boy, how to read and write. Stanley believes his family is cursed by Madam Zeroni, who cursed them after Stanley failed to carry out a promise to her. The document provides background on several characters at Camp Green Lake, including Mr. Sir, X-Ray, Kate Barlow, Sam, the warden, Madam Zeroni, and Mr. Pendanski.

begins to teach zero another
boy in the camp. He’s
innocent for the crime he is
accused of
committing, stealing a pair of
the famous Clyde Livingston's
trainers.

He hardly ever speaks to his
fellow camp mates except
for Stanley who is teaching
him how to read and write.
His real name is Hector
Zeroni. The name Zeroni rings
a bell in my mind thinking
about the curse in Stanley's
family but on them by
madam Zeroni.

4. Mr. Sir is one of the
counsellors at Camp Green
Lake. He is tough and mean
and is constantly eating
sunflower seeds. He is giving
Stanley a very hard time.

5. X ray is the cool guy of the
camp. He clams that
because he has glasses he
can see into people’s souls.
He is Mr. Popular and
because zero is giving
Stanley help with his hole he
is giving him a hard time
pretending that Stanley is
better then him.

6. Once a kind teacher now
notorious outlaw. She only
kissed you if she killed you!
Her lover was killed because
he was black and he kissed
her so she took justice for
Sam. She died after being bit
on the ankle by a yellow
spotted lizard. She buried her
treasure in the dried up lake.
This is why the boys are
digging!

7. Sam was the onion seller in
green lake he and his
donkey Marylou sold them all
over town! He feel in love
with miss Katherine Barlow
but he was killed because he
kissed her.

8. The warden is the head of
camp green lake. She is very
mean and nasty. She
scratched Mr. sir on the face
with her rattle snake figures.
She is obsessed with finding
Kate Barlow's treasure!!!

9. He promised madam zeroni
that in exchange for a pig he
will have to carry her up the
mountain and sing her a
special song while she drinks
from the water to get strong.
But he forgets to do this and
gets his family cursed for all
eternity!!!!

10. Mr. Pendanski is tent D’s
councillor he is mosty known
as mam to most of the boys.
He likes most of the boys from
tent D’s except from zero he
thinks that he is dumb and
stupid!
