Sharebee is a storage startup that allows users to store items in secure locations and have them delivered on demand, providing a "storage unit in your pocket." Cities are becoming increasingly crowded, with the self-storage market valued at $4 billion in Canada and $40 billion in the US. Sharebee has experienced 80% quarter-over-quarter growth, with over $300,000 in sales in Q2 2019 and more than 1,000 customers served by providing a convenient and affordable alternative to traditional storage units.
Hi everyone, my name is Max from Sharebee, and we are putting self-storage units in your pocket. (Pause) If there’s one thing most of us can relate to (Transition)
More seriously, storage rental is very expensive, in average people spend more than $4,000 a year for the equivalent of a closet
2. It’s far and you have to haul everything yourself or hire expensive movers
3. Hidden fees, rental price increases during rental period
4. No-one on site to help
6. There’s more than 60,000 facilities in the US and they are on average at 93% occupancy rates. There’s no space left and the upfront costs and setup times to build new facilities are enormous, and cities hate them
The first peer-to-peer marketplace planning your move and your storage needs.
And our users love it.
Based on availabilities, items that are going into storage, space size & features, our technology then sends booking orders to the best Sharebee partners to complete the booking.

As for myself, I started my career as professional poker player and quickly became one of the top online players in the world, before the age of 20. I later on quit poker to help build a organic meat delivery startup as I always had an entrepreneurial mentality. I helped build that business as COO from 3 to 75 employees and 200K to $6M ARR in less than 3 years. I quit when I got the idea for Sharebee in my own double door garage. I now have 8 renters in my garage and basement and make almost $1,000 a month in passive revenue.
