The Staging Server is Dead! Long Live the Staging Server!LaunchDarkly
In this presentation Edith Harbaugh, CEO LaunchDarkly, will talk about how you can move quicker by moving directly to production, as well as when it makes sense to include a staging server. DevOps 2.0 means shifting from "let's move as quickly as possible in production to "let's produce better quality releases."
Participants will examine a Chinese distance-learning program offered to largely rural school districts in Ohio, which originated in 2007 to solve the funding and logistical problems of offering state-of-the-art Chinese language education to a school without the resources to hire a teacher and enroll a full class. The program’s growth—it grew in two years to include 26 schools and more than 400 students—created issues of staffing, scheduling and facilities, among other challenges. It also exposed issues relating to the partner organizations’ diverse goals and needs. Participants in this session will discuss the success of the program and the approaches taken by its partners to manage its growing pains.
In this presentation, Li Xiaofei talked about her inspiring personal story from being a Chinese teacher at her school to become the World Language Chair.

To Whom it May Concern:
I have known Shakhrukh Rasulov as my student since January 2014.
Shakhrukh has a good attendance record and makes relevant contributions in lessons. He
obtained a pass in all his other modules and he obtained a ‘Distinction’ in my module, Final
Project.
Although English is not his first language Shakhrukh makes an effort to comprehend and
respond very well to what he is learning. He will benefit from further studies in the UK
which would especially improve his grasp of the English language, in addition to providing
further international perspective to his studies.
Shakhrukh appears motivated to learn and has demonstrated intellectual capacity capable
of embarking further studies at a higher level.
Please contact me if you have any further questions.
Yours sincerely,
