• Make a Schedule
• Follow a Plan
• Say NO to things You Know You should NOT Do
• Be Disciplined
• Be Organized
4. Think Win-Win
• Everyone can Win
• Have courage for getting what You want with consideration for what
others want.
• Make Deposit into others Emotional Bank Account
• Listen, Empathize, and Understand
• Keep Commitments
• Clarify Expectations
• Attend to Little Things
• Apologize when you make a mistake
• When conflict arise look for third alternatives
5. Seek to Understand First, Then to be
Understood
• Listen First then Talk
• Listen to Other’s Idea and Feelings
• Don’t Interrupt Others
• Try to see from other’s perspective
• Voice your ideas with Confidence
• Look in the eyes of others while talking (Do not stare at them )
6. Synergize
• Be humble
• Together is Better
• Get along well with different kind of people
• Work well in groups
• Value others Strengths
• Learn from Others
• Seek others ideas to solve problems
7. Sharpen The Saw
• Take care of your Health
• Eat Right and Exercise Well
• Do Yoga and/or Meditation
• Take Rest properly.
• Spend Time with Family and Friends
• Learn in lots of ways and lots of places (not just at office).
• Help Others (Find meaningful ways to help others)

  • 3. 2. Begin with the End in Mind • Contribute to Organization’s Mission and Vision • Be a Good Corporate Citizen • Be an important part of Organization • Do Things that are meaningful and make difference • Set Goals • Have a Plan
  • 4. 3. Put First Things First • Spend time on things that are Most Important First. • Set Priorities • Make a Schedule • Follow a Plan • Say NO to things You Know You should NOT Do • Be Disciplined • Be Organized

Think Win-Win • Everyone can Win • Have courage for getting what You want with consideration for what others want. • Make Deposit into others Emotional Bank Account • Listen, Empathize, and Understand • Keep Commitments • Clarify Expectations • Attend to Little Things • Apologize when you make a mistake • When conflict arise look for third alternatives
  • 6. 5. Seek to Understand First, Then to be Understood • Listen First then Talk • Listen to Other’s Idea and Feelings • Don’t Interrupt Others • Try to see from other’s perspective • Voice your ideas with Confidence • Look in the eyes of others while talking (Do not stare at them )
