design and

the whole.
This results in
overwhelming
complexity,
so you need to
learn that too.
Commit to
letting go of
some control.
(it’s an illusion anyway)
… but remain
accountable.

longer term
thinking.
The longer
term our
thinking,
the harder
progress feels.
Commit to
having empathy,
it is essential
for humanity.
Empathy can
be manipulated,
and boundaries
will be challenged.
Commit
to being
vulnerable.
Being
vulnerable
means you
will get hurt.
Commit to
transforming
yourself,
before you
can transform
anything else.
Transforming
yourself has
ramifications
beyond
your work.
We make these
commitments
when we choose
to transform
our organisations
into human–
centric ones.

worth it, and
the world
needs it.
