On March 29th, CVSuite kicked off it’s three part webinar series, Art of Data. The second in the series, Which Data? aired on May 17th and featured Anthony Radich of WESTAF reviewing creative economy data sources, with EMSI economist Brian Points. Key takeaways for the webinar are:

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

1. INTRODUCTION:
My mom and dad got
married after the birth of my
elder sister, Crystal and then me.
My mom decided to work in
Spain for our living, my dad was
the one who took care of us.
RISING ACTION:
There were lots of major
misunderstandings between them
that it came to the point where they
decided to get annulled and go
separate ways. They planned to fix
their papers as soon as my mom
came back home.
CLIMAX:
My sister and I thought of an idea to bring back what they have
back in time, we made a set-up date for just the two of them where they
will watch a video of their promises in front of the altar, the moment my
mom gave birth to us, the smile of my dad where he first saw us as a
baby, and all the memories we have made when we were still complete.
At first they fought because it was their first time seeing each other for
years and they thought that they set-up each other, not knowing it was
our plan. . They shed tears together.
FALLING ACTION:
Their fight cooled down as
soon as they watched the video we
made. They reminisce the happy
moments and finalized their
decision for their annulment plan.
DENOUMENT:
In the end, love won! They
decided to cancel-off their
annulment and promised to
understand each other
through thick and thin,
through sickness and in
health.
