We will also be voting on awarding the position of President-Elect to Elaine Neale and the position of Secretary to fNikki Pearson.<br />About Our Speakers <br />The SEMCDFA Executive Board is very excited and honored to present two phenomenal speakers who will be conducting our keynote presentation on Networking with a focus on Social Media.<br />Heather Coleman-Voss, Training Coordinator, Ferndale Career Center <br />Heather Coleman-Voss is the Training Coordinator at the Ferndale Career Center. She is also a career and social media coach, leadership advisor, instructor and motivational speaker. She is co-founder of the international leadership organization http://www.facebook.com/l/bdad6-wgb0f8A0Z_k6uhACXK7dA/www.leadswag.com, and the founder of Career Savvy, a career and small business coaching organization. Heather is a frequent guest radio host, and contributing author for local and international publications including: LeadChange Group, LeadSwag, The Job Quest, Talent Culture, Ferndale Friends, Ferndale Patch and the Ferndale 115. She has been featured on Fox 2 News as well as WWJ Radio. With more than 15 years of experience in education, school administration and non-profit management, Heather has served on many community and school boards. Her dedication to teaching the most current employment market training sessions is well known throughout Michigan – she has worked with nearly 30,000 career-seekers and small business owners over the past 5 years.Ron Marshall, Career Consultant<br />Ron Marshall is an entrepreneurial career consultant, working to help dreamers become doers. Making his first foray into self-employment at the age of 21, Ron has established himself as a go-to small business adviser and counselor, using the principles of networking, communication, and technology to guide startups on their journeys.Ron trains people to take an entrepreneurial approach to their careers at the Ferndale Career Center. He is the progenitor of the FLinT social stack (#FLinTstack) concept, focusing on the idea of using Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter for self-marketing and professional relationship building. He also manages several small enterprises and performs consulting for 1- to 25-employee microfirms through Ron Marshall Consulting and Management or (RoMaCoMa).<br />
