- To provide support to the Management in monitoring the implementation of the
HSE management system and standards on offshore installations as required by
the company and client’s policies and regulations.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the Group Management
System Procedures.
- Liaise with the offshore installation in respect of HSE legislation, training,
competence, advice and support.
- Assist in the preparation of annual health, safety and environmental plans which
set performance objectives and targets.
- Be fully conversant with existing and new statutory legislation, regulations and
codes of practice affecting KCAD’s operations.
- Conduct audits on offshore installation, client premises, warehouse, storage
yards and parking areas in accordance with Group Procedures.
- Promote safety campaigns and systems of work both offshore installation and
base.
- Oversee and direct the activities of the Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality
and Training Department in support of KCAD’s business.
- Investigating the reporting of all incidents/accidents in liaison with relevant
personnel, occurring on any KCAD work location. Advise Senior Management of
any deficiencies or recommend remedial actions that may result from an
investigation.
- Recommend HSE Minimum Standards for all KCAD operations and projects.
- Provide professional advice and support on HSE matters.
