In this essay, you will select three creation stories from Unit 1. Your essay should compare and contrast the stories, analyzing the details (symbols, metaphors, etc) and suggesting significance for the similarities and differences. Your essay should avoid making broad generalizations, and you should refer to specific details and passages from the story to support your claims.
Your goals include demonstrating a strong understanding of the stories and critical thinking about the peoples and cultures who made and told/tell these stories. Creation stories are told in attempt to understand something once completely unanswerable. Why were these stories told? What symbols, metaphors, and themes help readers and listeners understand the people who told the story and how those people understand their place in the world. In addition, you should connect the ideas from the stories to the modern world (the 21st century).

The essay “Thinking like a mountain” by Aldo Leopold first appeared in a Sand County
Almanac and sketches here and there in the year 1949 in which the author Aldo tries to bring
forth the mutual harmony between animals and nature to help his readers understand the
importance of staying together, depending on each other as well as appreciating one another just
like a food chain in which for some given reason the prey or predator should not over run the
other.
This is clearly seen when he says, “the deer herd begins to die of its own too much.”
Basically, I believe that the idea the author wants his reader to understand is how we choose to
live with each other and the world matters a lot as it focuses to define our tomorrow. This
therefore gives me the impression that the author is very passionate about nature and humanity
and therefore wants to use this essay is to inform as well as educate the public on the importance
of conserving the forest as well as the environment.
The other is to ensure equal and balanced dependence in the food chain especially coming
from an essay in which the writer decide to incorporate a lot of words that are not in use in
today’s world. I as a result do agree with Leopold when it finally dawns to him that wolves are

just as an important aspect of nature like the rest of the other creatures and that nature should be
equally balanced to serve to the interests of its beings.
In a story that begins when a family of wolves has just stopped playing in the river, and
without a second thought a hunter decides to shoot the wolf and injuring the young one shows
that without the wolf there is a complete imbalance in the ecosystem. Therefore this essay clearly
focuses to portraying a food balance in nature. It is therefore in my belief that this essay is not
only out to bring a food chain balance between animal and nature but also between man, animal
and nature.
When the writer through his essay, goes ahead and says, “We all strive for safety,

As discussed in Chapter 3, a crime pattern is a group of two or more crimes reported to or discovered by the police that is treated as one unit of analysis because (1) the crimes share one or more key commonalities that make them notable and distinct, (2) there is no known relationship between victim and offender, and (3) the criminal activity is typically of limited duration (IACA, 2011b). The International Association of Crime Analysts (2011b) categorizes crime patterns into seven main types, both to structure the identification of patterns and to provide a common language for communication about patterns within police departments and their communities. Types of Patterns
As discussed in Chapter 3, a crime pattern is a group of two or more crimes reported to or discovered by the police that is treated as one unit of analysis because (1) the crimes share one or more key commonalities that make them notable and distinct, (2) there is no known relationship between victim and offender, and (3) the criminal activity is typically of limited duration (IACA, 2011b). The International Association of Crime Analysts (2011b) categorizes crime patterns into seven main types, both to structure the identification of patterns and to provide a common language for communication about patterns within police departments and their communities. The following are definitions of the seven types according to the IACA (2011b, pp. 3–4):

Wyoming’s Upper Green River Valley is a crucial link in the greater Yellowstone ecosystem. Each year more than 100,000 animals, including antelope and mule deer, pass through this valley on a long migration from the Grand Tetons to their winter pasture in the High Desert. This valley is also home to the head waters of the Colorado River, a vital trout habitat. And it’s one of the last strongholds for the rare Sage-Grouse. In fact, the area has been compared to the Serengeti for its spectacular array of wildlife. It has also been compared to Saudi Arabia.
Experts have estimated that there’s roughly 20 trillion cubic feet of gas here. That would supply the entire nation’s natural gas needs for about a year. The same geological formation that creates a natural corridor for wildlife also holds rich deposits of natural gas, miles beneath the surface. This country’s increasing demand for natural gas coupled with new technology is turning this area into a bonanza for the energy industry.
It’s no doubt that the activity level’s increased. What’s happened is that we have evolved the technology which has allowed us to extract this natural gas from the subsurface efficiently and economically. That technology didn’t exist five, ten years ago.
This is public land managed by the U.S. Government. Most of the gas leases were granted under previous administrations before the new technology was developed. Now the Bush Administration has directed federal land managers to expedite oil and gas development all along the Front Range of the Rockies in Wyoming, Montana, Eastern Utah, Western Colorado, and Northern New Mexico. Here in the Upper Green River Valley where a gas field known as the Pinedale Anticline is located no one expects to stop the energy boom but they do hope to slow it down.
They say, “I support Bush, I support energy development but I live here for a reason, this place has a certain quality of life.”
The basin already has about 5,200 gas wells but the government is considering drilling permits for up to 10,000.
This is an empty landscape. It has been so since the first Europeans came here and yet 10,000 rigs would completely change it and I’m afraid it might make it an industrial landscape.

Odoo provides an option for creating a module by using a single line command. By using this command the user can make a whole structure of a module. It is very easy for a beginner to make a module. There is no need to make each file manually. This slide will show how to create a module using the scaffold method.
