About
The Cedar Schools, are established on a legacy of more than 55 years. It is a
third generation run organization.
It started as AMG with a humble beginning as a single teacher school for 40
children in 1990 in Vizag.
In 1995, catering to the demand and requirement of the public, it was shifted
into a 10acre campus in Bheemili with a palatial school building, a Junior
college block. Provision was also made to hostel girls and boys in different
G+2 blocks. A building solely for junior college girls is also available on this
campus.
Services were rendered to more than 2,500 school students and more than
500 Junior college girls.

Instilled with strong Christian values, at Cedar our vision is
to deliver quality education on a more efficient level and to
inculcate reverential education. We believe as Indians our
ethics and morals should be the foundation on which a
child grows and is given the freedom to fly high through

● Families only get updates for their
child and can only view their
child’s journal
● More frequent updates make it
easier to catch problem areas and
encourage strengths
● Student-led updates spark deeper
conversations at home
● Family members can like and comment
on items, engaging with their
child’s learning

Idea 1: Use the Note tool to write up
notes for the upcoming week. Just a 1,
2, 3 list is fine! Tag with “Everyone” to
send home to all parents.
Idea 2: Create a word cloud with topics from
the week using http://www.wordclouds.com/ or
Word Clouds app. Upload using the Camera
Roll/Upload File tool. Record a voice recording
explaining what students did this week.
