This document provides information about seed sampling and testing procedures used in Timor-Leste. It outlines the maximum tonnage allowed for seed lots of corn, rice, and peanuts. It also specifies the minimum submitted and working sample weights required for purity, moisture, and germination testing. Tables 1 and 2 establish the standards for pure seed percentage, maximum moisture content, and minimum germination rates for corn, rice and peanut seeds. The procedures involve taking a primary sample from the seed lot, combining them into a composite sample, and then dividing the submitted sample into smaller working samples for testing.
