of Rs. 500/- (Non Refundable) issued against official request on company letter

2. Sealed bids should reach the Project Manager Govt. Institute of Textile

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Each page of Bidding documents / BOQ must be stamped and signed by the competent authority of

6. The Contract for the period of One Year shall be signed with successful bidder, extendable if
mutually agreed.
7. Affidavit on Letter head / Stamp Paper to the effect that the firm / company have not been
blacklisted by any Govt /Autonomous body.
8. The 2% Bid security (CDR) of the total quoted cost in favor of Chief Executive Office WSSCM,
Mardan must be accompanied with sealed bid else the bid shall be declared as non -responsive.
9. Any disfiguring / overwriting OR manipulation in the Bid / BOQ shall be liable for rejection.
