Observations:
Cashiers misheard orders.
Ordering and collection point at the same counter.
Indecisive people holding up queue.

2. Cont’d (Sketch)
Solution :
Create a kiosk system that required customers to
take their own orders.
After taking their own orders, they would collect
their food at the collection point which is the
counters.

3. The New System
The objective of this system is to make people less
dependent on customer service.
For example, if there is a wrong order. They cant
blame it on the staffs working there as the ordered
made is by themselves.
More technology = Less manpower needed
Let the machines work for us.
