The Sustainable Engineering Collective provides bespoke sustainability solutions to help organizations reduce their energy usage, water usage, and carbon emissions in order to lower costs and promote their green values. The collective was founded by Christopher Eaton and Eric Thanenthiran and is comprised of building industry professionals with engineering backgrounds and experience designing low-energy buildings and renewable energy systems. They examine clients' energy and water use through a two-phase sustainability audit process to identify areas for improvement and evaluate the financial and environmental benefits of implementing sustainability strategies.

We examine energy and water use within your building to help you reduce your
environmental impact. We call this service the Sustainability Audit. We will work with you
on a continued basis to guide you through implementing improvement strategies.
Our Sustainability Audit
We’ve divided this up into two phases.The Red Phase is an energy, carbon and water
audit. This shows you where you currently are. Next, the Green Phase evaluates the
financial and environmental benefits of sustainability strategies. This takes you to where
you want to be.
Our marketing materials
To help you promote your green values, we provide you with marketing and
communications materials which relate to the Sustainability Audit. These materials will
raise awareness among staff and tell your clients about your commitment to being an
