Summary
I am now employed as the Facility Engineer at the GM Innovation Center in
North Austin. I work for Granite Properties of Texas. ( Facilities Maintenance
Organization )
I have completed a contract in Antarctica as a power plant mechanic and
night time operator. I have also completed a two and a half year contract in
Afghanistan. I returned stateside March 2014. I was a lead mechanic working
on all types of armored vehicles. Due to the major draw down my contract
was completed and though I was highly recommended I was not able to sign
a new contract. . I am now seeking employment that will utilize my skills and
experience. I don't mind travel. My passport is ready for travel anywhere in
the world. I have always been an asset to every company I have ever worked
for and I would like to be an asset for your company as well. I would like to
work stateside preferably, maritime, offshore /onshore etc.
I am a compressed air and gas specialist, including the affiliated drying
equipment desiccant and refrigerated. I specialize in oil free and oil
Flooded screws air compressors, (this includes reciprocating
Compressors and vacuum pumps as well). I am an expert diesel mechanic
working on, maintaining and overhauling all types of diesel engines,
propulsion engines, and generators. My specialties include hydraulic
systems. HVAC, and FSS (Fire suppression systems) Technician. I have my
EPA certificate for handling all types of refrigerant.
I have a great deal of experiences in reading blueprints and schematics
(electrical, flow, and as built)
I also have computer experience uploading and downloading programs as
needed for the above equipment.
My experience includes over fifteen years of leadership in management. This
includes being a service manager to an owner operator of my own business.
I believe in team work and have always implemented safety first.
It is just as important to follow as well as lead. I do both well.
