Dr. Sanam Ahmad is having a therapy session with her patient Sarah, who has been having disturbing dreams. Sarah describes seeing a blurred man and herself, and hearing screams of pain. She says she feels as though she knows the man but can't see his face. Sarah speaks nervously and says she sees blood on her hands. When she looks at her hands, there is no blood. Sarah becomes sweaty and distressed. Her vision then turns to seeing blood on her hands, with the words "KILLER INSTINCT" appearing.

Next to her is Sarah (her patient) who is lying down on the sofa, looking pale and scared. Sanam gets up and moves next to Sarah, who is still lying down. <br />Zooms in to a Close Up<br />Sarah (speaks hesitantly with her eyes closed)<br />Well... I see this man, this blurred man, and I see myself.<br />Sarah pauses<br />Dr. Sanam grabs her cup of coffee and talks calmly<br />Dr. Sanam<br />Go on... I feel like I know him but I don’t know who it is, I can’t see his face. <br />Sarah starts to speak faster but nervously and in an upset tone.<br />SARAH<br />And I see myself, I hear screams. The scream is so painful; it’s as if the man is in deep pain.
