A teenage girl goes to her school to retrieve her bag. Unaware, a kidnapper watches her from hiding. The girl's mother calls her in a panic, having seen news about an escaped psychopathic murderer near the woods by the school. As the girl searches for her bag in a dark room, the kidnapper approaches her from behind and knocks her out. The girl awakens tied up in an abandoned building, realizing she has been kidnapped.

1. Opening sequence film script
[Teenage girl (victim) walks down path towards camera, slightly at unease. Kidnapper insight of camera but not insight of girl, hiding
behind tree holding axe by side, standing still.
[Kidnapper watches girl open and walk through door into building.]
[Girl walks down corridor. Kidnapper is seen standing still as a silhouette with an axe in background. Girl doesn’t notice him. ]
[Phone rings]
Girl: [Answering phone] Hello?
[Shows mum in kitchen watching news]
Mum: [Sounding panicked] Katie, Where are you?!
[Shows girl walking down corridor]
Girl: [Looking confused and worried] I’m at the school, I left my bag here, and I’ll be home in half an hour, why?
[Shows mum in kitchen watching news]
Mum: [Abruptly] No! Get back to your car now and drive home straight away!
[Shows girl walking down corridor]
Girl: [Panicking] Why?!
[Shows mum in kitchen watching news]
Mum: I’m watching the news and a psychopathic murderer has escaped from the mental asylum and is on the loose, believed to be near
the Broadmoor woods!
[Shows girl walking down corridor]
Girl: [Extremely scared] What? How? Oh my god. OK I’m getting my bag then I’m driving straight home! Stay on the phone to me!
[No reply]
Girl: [Panicking] Mum can you hear me?
Girl: [Desperate] Mum?!
[Girl looks at phone, no signal on phone. Panics, breathing heavily]
[Girl enters the room anxiously and panicked, Murderer seen in background of shot again]
[Lights fuse]
Girl: SHIT!
[Girl uses torch on phone and crouches down to look for jacket. Murderer approaches girl from behind]
[Bag goes over girls head]
Girl: [Screaming] Arggghh. Get off me! Help!
[Girl wakes up in abandoned derelict building, confused and dizzy]
[Girl looks around, realises she is tied up and beaten and starts crying]
