By Suela Elezi, Hannah Mcdonagh and Laura Hodgson Risk Assessment- House Potential hazards Precautions Emergency procedures & emergency contact numbers A fire can break out from the oven or fireplace. We will careful if we use the oven and always have someone near to oven keeping an eye on it to make sure everything is ok, also if we use the fireplace we will be careful and put cover over it so it doesn'tburn the house. If a fire breaks out we will all get out the house and phone the schoolto let them know what happened and that we are ok, we will also call a fire station to come down and take the fire out. There are stairs in the house and if we are going up stairs with the equipmentor down the stairs we can slip and injure yourself badly. When walking up the stairs or down the stairs we will be extra cautious so we make sure we don't slip or fall down the stairs and injure ourself. we will take our time going up and down the stairs with the equipment by not taking a lot down or up at a time. If this happens and someone gets injured we will phone the school if it's a bad injury and if anything is broken if not we will check if the person is ok and if he/ she is we will carry on, if the injury is very bad we will phone for an ambulance. If the house is untidy and objects are sitting around we can trip over them and get injured, the equipment can also break if we are not careful. We will make sure that before we film or enter the room we will make sure that nothing is on The floor or around us that can injure anyone. If someone gets injured we will make sure how they are and if they are injured we will Phone the schooland if it's serious we will phone an ambulance.

By Suela Elezi, Hannah Mcdonagh and Laura Hodgson Another hazard could be that if something smashes on the floor and its glass as we are barefootor without shoes, we could step on the glass and injure our feet. We will make sure that there is nothing around that can break and smash and if there is we will move it away or keep shoes on so if something smashes we can’t hurt our feetor anything else. We will contact the school and then phone for medical help such as an ambulance.
