This document outlines the scoring design for a community service course evaluation over 14 weeks. It includes the topics to be covered each week, related tasks for students to complete, the sources and rubrics for scoring each task, and any notes. Tasks involve activities like submitting self-introduction information, developing proposals, documenting meetings, analyzing stakeholders and risks, providing internal services on campus, planning and executing a mass program event, and submitting reflection journals. Documentation for all tasks must be completed and approved. At the end of the course, all event documents will be submitted for final verification and evaluation.
