both the protagonist and the antagonist lose their arms. X is a very
popular and successful science fiction film franchise.

the shoot of the scene. He attached a guitar string from the car to a
hole underneath the ground where a stuntman plucked it, thus finally

In November 2014, the video page of Gangnam
Style faced a peculiar problem. This caused
YouTube to temporarily take the video offline and
rectify it. What was the problem and how was it

moments in the entire Y franchise and is extensively referenced in
popular culture.
Z, who directed Y, is said to have got the idea for the scene while
listening to the band ‘Earth, Fire and Water’ on high volume in his car
and witnessing the loud music having a strange effect on a particular
object in the car.
However, the special effects producer for the film, Michael Lantieri,
found himself at a total loss on how to realistically recreate the effects
in the scene. Neither CGI nor 'Wave Tank Generators’ were able to
do the job.
Lantieri only found his solution while playing a guitar the day before
the shoot of the scene. He attached a guitar string from the car to a
hole underneath the ground where a stuntman plucked it, thus finally
managing to recreate the effect.

Of course, players almost immediately began blowing it up.
