The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) introduced concepts that align with the four pillars of Scientific Management theory proposed by Frederick Winslow Taylor over 1400 years later. These pillars include standardization, time and task study, systematic selection and training, and pay incentives. The document provides examples from the Prophet's teachings and practices of how each of these concepts were implemented, such as establishing standards for prayers, determining time required to complete Hajj, selecting leaders strategically, establishing educational centers, and incentivizing work through higher pay. The author argues the Prophet coined these management principles long before Taylor and that they form the basis of Islamic Management Theory.
