The design is a new single family residence on a sloping hillside property. This single
level design is organized around a central courtyard. Due to the sloping topography, to
the front and rear, the garages at a lower level allow for roof top decks expanding the
outdoor living space at the living level. Enclosed spaces are created through a
composition of three volumes and three planes; connecting these separate elements are
planes of glass creating the enclosure.
