The Diamondview Tower is a 14-story mixed-use office building located in San Diego's East Village adjacent to Petco Park baseball stadium. The building interprets elements of San Diego's culture through its transparent glass and metal panels that appear to float in the sky. It incorporates baseball themes into the design, such as a foul pole, scoreboard, and bleacher seats. The base reflects the brick warehouse style of nearby buildings through its first four stories.

After composing the master plan for East Village The emerging tower form, highly visible from the
Square, the 3 parcels immediately north of the newly ballpark stands, interprets San Diego’s images of
completed Padres’ Petco Park, Carrier Johnson sun, air, and casual outdoor living with lightweight,
designed a 14-story mixed-use office tower on the transparent panels that form a dynamic composition of
right-field parcel. The building consists of 3 main glass and metal elements seemingly floating in the sky.
