This document is a continuation schedule for North Dakota's property tax relief income tax credits. It contains sections to report residential and agricultural property, directly owned commercial property, and commercial property owned through a passthrough entity. For each type of property, taxpayers list the property or parcel number, county number, total 2007 or 2008 property taxes, and their ownership percentage to calculate their share of the taxes eligible for the tax credit. The schedules are to be attached to Form ND-3 or Schedule PT when reporting property tax information for the income tax credit.
