2. Upon looking for some volunteer work I had never heard of
Sav-A-Life and was unsure of what the center was about….
While doing my community service I learned a lot about the
program and what they do, so here I will just share some brief
knowledge that I learned about the center.
My job at the Troy Fest was to tell people some of the offers
that were made available to the community.
Sav-A-Life offers a Nutrition class which provides Mothers
with the proper guidelines for eating health and proper
dieting.
They offer a single parenting class which helps parents learn
to manage stress and cope with having a new baby alone.

4. PEOPLE WERE ABLE
TO MAKE
DONATIONS WHICH
IN RETURN HELPS
THE CENTER IN
MAKING BASKETS
FOR ALL
UPCOMING
PARENTS IN NEED. IT
IS OFTEN REFERRED
TO AS THE BABY
BOTTLE
BOOMERANG.

7. I WAS EXCITED TO LEARN ABOUT THE
CENTER….
I FEEL EVERY COMMUNITY NEEDS A
PLACE WHERE PEOPLE CAN GO TO
RECEIVE HELP, ESPICALLY WHEN
MAKING THE TOUGH DECISION ON
PARENTING.
I THINK THIS CENTER IS A BLESSING
FOR MANY BECAUSE NOT EVERYONE
HAS HELP AND SUPPORT.
I WAS GLAD TO BE ABLE TO BE APART
OF THIS COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT.
I CAN NOT WAIT TO HEAR ABOUT
HOW MUCH WAS RAISED IN THE
BABY BOTTLE BOOMERANG.
